A Japanese eggshell porcelain tea set, hand painted with landscapes within black and gilt borders. The saucers with unusual everted rims. Comprising a tea pot and lid, a twin handled sugar bowl and lid, a milk jug and lid, three tea cups, six saucers and five cake plates. Hand drawn marks to base. c1930s. The tea pot H20cm, the cake plate W19cm, the saucer W14.5cm. Condition: One cup broken and glued, one cup broken and a piece missing. (20)
