A CHAMBERLAIN’S WORCESTER Green-ground urn- shaped pedestal vase circa 1825-35, iron-red script marks. Of slender form, with gilt dolphin handles, below white beading to the upper rim, painted with a band of flowers, the lower part with radiating gilt lappets on a spreading green stem and cylindrical green and gilt pedestal and square base gilt with anthemion. H265mm. Condition: One handle broken and a piece missing, rubbing to gilding.

Provenance: Mrs Mary Stavrou collection, Larnaka.
