Ξίφη αξιωματικών. Napoleonic Period French or German Light Cavalry Officer’s Sword, single edged, slightly curved blade with large fuller. Polished brass four bar guard, double langets and downswept quillon. Brass stepped pommel and plain backstrap. Wooden grip with some twist wire binding. Contained in its steel scabbard with steel chape. Two loose hanging rings. L105cm long overall. Prov.: DD12 Sold for €300 plus premium |
