Μεγάλο μαχαίρι Αφρικανικής φυλής. A short sword / dagger of the African Azande or Boa Tribe of Zaire with a 415mm long double edged blade, the hilt grip wrapped with fine copper wire. The iron blade is incised with a number of parallel straight and curved lines on each side and there is a central circular hole, circa late 19th / early 20th century. L50cm long overall.
