Doros Partasides was born in Cyprus in 1944 and joined the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation’s film unit as a cameraman in 1966.  He and his family moved to the UK following the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974 where he has continued to work as a London correspondent and cameraman for CyBC. He has produced some of Cyprus’ most memorable documentaries and his photographs regularly appear in the British and European press.
