Pair of Chinese porcelain vases. A fine pair of underglaze blue and white baluster vases and covers, probably 18th century Kangxi period. Decorated with Foo dogs (lions), one male and one female, swirling clouds, the borders with peony and chrysanthemum flowers. The lids with a carved Foo dog finial. On modern wooden bases. H48cm, body ø22cm, base ø16cm, mouth ø11cm. Both with cracks and repairs. (6) Sold for €2,357 incl. premium
